Real estate is an essential part of all our lives--it is where we live, work and play.听Formerly a certificate program, our听new听Real Estate Emphasis听educates students about the three fundamental building blocks of real estate:听real estate property markets;听real estate capital markets; and听the legal environment where real estate is built, bought, sold, valued, used as security for mortgages, taxed, owned and rented. The real estate program prepares students听by exploring the link between real estate and capital markets, developing real estate decision-making skills, and analyzing real estate opportunities.
