Dec. 4: Coffee hour with UGGS

To congratulate graduate students on getting through the semester, UGGS is hosting a coffee at Etai's Bakery Caf茅 near East Campus. A limited number of $3 off coupons will distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dec. 5: Lunch and learn for听Interdisciplinary Ethics Tech Competition
Noon Engineering Center,听Clark Conference Room, 109
Join Colorado Law and Silicon Flatirons for a pizza lunch to learn more about the Interdisciplinary Ethics Tech Competition, which gives students a chance to wrestle听with a real-world ethics听problem听in collaboration with a diverse team of students studying听law, business, communication, journalism, engineering, ITP, information science听or听computer science. The first-place team will receive a $10,000 scholarship award.
Dec. 6: Make Your Conference Work for You

Conferences are a great opportunity to make connections, find collaborators听and keep up to date with the latest developments in your field. Join Career Services for a at academic conferences and beyond. Learn the finer points of approaching people, asking for information听and making a great first impression.
Dec. 6, 13 and 14: End-of-semester write-ins

Join other graduate students in this coffee-house-style setting dedicated to all graduate student writing. Use all or some of the time allotted. Drop-ins are welcome.
Dec. 17, 18 听and 19: Writing retreat
8 a.m. to noon each day听 UMC Aspen Room
To finish the semester strong, join other graduate students for a three-day writing retreat. Coffee, tea and breakfast provided. RSVP to leslie.blood@colorado.edu.
