Annual Off-Campus Conduct Statistics

This is a summary of the annual off-campus student conduct statistics at CU Boulder. We areproviding as much information as we can within the scope of the law regarding the student conduct process in an effort to be transparent and educate our community. We cannot share details about individual cases.“Off-campus” refers to conduct occurring off of CU Boulder property, or official functionsand CU Boulder-sponsored programs conducted away from the campus. CU Boulder property is defined as land, buildings, digital space, and facilities in possession of or owned, used, or controlled by CU Boulder, or funded by CU Boulder budgets.

This summary includes incidents referred to Student Conduct & Conflict Resolution (SCCR) and resolved under the formal resolution process or information resolution process, where there was a violation of the Student Code of Conduct.

The data below is for incidents occurring off-campus referred to SCCR between Aug. 15, 2021 and Aug. 11, 2022.
