Ingredients

  • 10 carrots, boiled
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter
  • Combine the boiled carrots, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the flour to the mixture, until a smooth batter forms.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes
  • Let cool down for a few minutes and Cut in squares
  • Enjoy!
