Bruce was born and raised in Boulder, so he knows all about the Boulder neighborhoods. He graduated from the CU Law School last century (literally!) and has had a law practice in Boulder, so he also knows landlord/tenant law. He loves working with students through OCHNR and providing legal advice on leases, roommate issues, repair issues, security depositsÌýand just about any other issue that can arise in a rental situation. Bruce isÌýalso the Chairman of the Landlord/Tenant Advisory Board (you should check that out) and works with the City of Boulder on various committees and issues regarding student rental housing.
