We are so excited to welcome you to campus this fall! We will be sharing more move-in information here throughout the summer. In meantime, we encourage you to visit our prepping for move-in page to learn more about what to bring, what not the bring and more.听

All residence hall students and Bear Creek residents must schedule a move-in appointment. Due to limited availability of appointments per day, we very strongly encourage students to confirm move-in appointments before completing travel arrangements.听

  • Residence hall听move-in will take place between Monday, Aug. 19 - Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024.
  • Bear Creek and Weber hall move-in will take place between听Monday, Aug. 19 - Sunday, Aug. 25, 2024.

Move-in Appointments

In order to provide you with the best arrival experience, there are a limited number of move-in appointments available on each day. Appointments are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once appointments during a designated time are filled, Residence Life staff are unable to add additional appointments.

To self-select a move-in appointment between July 2-10:

  • Log in to your MyCULiving portal and select 鈥淢ove-in appointments鈥� from the top, gold, bar.
  • Select the date, and time, of your desired move-in appointment. Click 鈥淪ave and continue.鈥�
  • Drop off days are an optional opportunity, for a cost, to come to campus early, see your room, and drop items into your space.听 If you鈥檇 like to schedule a drop off days appointment, select an available date and time, then click 鈥渟ave and continue鈥� again. If you do not wish to schedule a drop off appointment, simply skip the page by clicking 鈥渟ave and continue.鈥�
  • You will receive an automated email receipt of your appointment date and time.

If you anticipate needing extra time to complete your move-in due to a documented disability, or if 听you, or someone in your move-in party, has a Neurodevelopmental disorder and would more fully enjoy the move-in experience with less 鈥渉ype,鈥� please email reslife@colorado.edu to discuss options. 听
