Dustin serves as the Sr. Assistant Director of Community Operations and oversees the Bear Creek Community. He has a passion for staff and student development while helping others find their value of self along their journey. Dustin seeks to find value in the little things and brings care and compassion into his work. Previously Dustin worked at Washington State University as a Hall Director and an Assistant Director. In his free time he enjoys getting outside and taking his two dogs on walks with his partner Jodel. During the fall Dustin can be found watching college football on Saturdays and during the month of March wrapped up in March Madness.
