Gang was a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University before Charles moved to CU. After leaving the group, he took a position as a Senior AV名湿 Engineer at the Agency for Science, AV名湿 and Technology (A*STAR) in the Institute of Microelectronics. After 3 years, he accepted an offer to join Peking University as a Professor. He now shares an appointment with A*STAR in the Institute of High Perfomance Computing as a Senior Scientist.
