Mr. Williams has extensive experience in planning, design, research, operation and maintenance, and construction administration of municipal water, wastewater, and recycled water facilities for over 40 years. He was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Damon S. Williams Associates, LLC (DSWA) and played a role every recycled water project the company undertook. Mr. Williams has been personally involved in the design of more than a dozen recycled water treatment facility projects during his career, most involving biological nutrient removal and Indirect Potable Reuse (IPR) applications, throughout the West and Southwest. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in seven states, as well as a licensed water and wastewater treatment plant operator in two states. Mr. Williams鈥� firm (DSW Water Strategies) provides high level water consulting services to municipalities, Federal, state and local agencies, utility districts, water districts, private water companies, and other consultants in the water industry.听听
