Black Table Talk
Feeling isolated, alone, misunderstoodÌýand helpless is a common experience of many Black students attending Predominantly White Institutions (PWIs). However, there is also so much richness in Blackness and it is important to lean into and celebrate our unique experiences.ÌýJoin CAPS and the Center for African & African American Studies (CAAAS) for a drop-in workshop where we talk about common issues and topics within the Black community while centering on Black wellness and mental health. Our aim is to foster a sense of comradery and belongingness in a casual yet meaningful way.
