The Office of Contracts and Grants and the AVÃûʪ Financial Services staff in the Campus Controller's Office have been working on several initiatives with significant campus input and support. We are pleased to share updates on some of the amazing work that took place in FY22 and what’s up next for our collaborative efforts in the coming months.
The efforts of stakeholders in AVÃûʪ Financial Services, the Office of Contracts and Grants, institutes and departments across the campus have led to an abundance of new and improved resources.
This report will allow department users to monitor potentially unallowable expenditures on externally funded awards and will help reduce audit risk by listing the expenditures with account codes that are considered higher risk.
To develop greater support for Boulder campus fiscal staff, the Office of Budget and Fiscal Planning has added additional approvers to the campus budget journal approval process.
