Event Summary & Call for Candidates | December 2022

Kiewit is holding a hiring event in partnership with Neurodiversity in the Workplace geared towards making the hiring process more accessible for neurodivergent candidates.

The hiring event will be held virtually and will consist of a direct, relevant skill demonstration for data-driven hiring decisions. We’re seeking neurodivergent candidates in the Denver area who are interested in a skill-based hiring process for full-time roles at Kiewit.

● Entry-level civil engineers

● Scheduling technicians

If you have skills in one or more of the following areas, we encourage you to apply!

● Predictive Analytics

● P6 Scheduling Software

● Excel

● CAD tools - AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D or Microstation

● 3D visualization

● Bluebeam

● Modeling Software

● Open Roads Designer

The following qualifications (or similar/equivalent experiences) are helpful but not required:

● PMP or PSP certification

● Associate's in CAD or engineering tech

● Construction management or any engineering degree

● Degree in Civil Engineering, CAD experience or training is very helpful
