Sina Davoudi is a PhD student in Accounting at the Leeds School of Business. His research interests are focused on corporate governance, with a specific focus on boards of directors, executive compensation, and ESG disclosures. Prior to joining Leeds, Sina earned his M.A. in Finance from the University of Oregon, where he also served as an instructor in Financial Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Tabriz and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Urmia University in Iran.
