Marionne Sevilla is an Organizational Behavior PhD student in the Leeds School of Business. Prior to joining Leeds, she completed her BA in Psychology with an Industrial/Organizational Emphasis at San Diego State University in May 2024. Marionne鈥檚 research interests include workplace impression management of stigmatized and marginalized identities, team dynamics, and psychological safety.
