Identikey

You will need to activate your Identikey to access various technical resources on campus. To do this, you will need to get your CU Employee ID Number, which you can get from the ATLAS HR Coordinator.

Once you have your CU Employee ID Number, click on “Activate Your Identikey” here: 

University of Colorado E-mail

All CU-Boulder faculty, staff and students receive a CU-Boulder e-mail account with a first.last@colorado.edu e-mail address. As a faculty member, you must use a University of Colorado account for course related activities. Refer to the for details.

BuffOne Card

As a faculty or staff member, you are qualified to receive a BuffOne Card for free. Your card will be used for room access, library checkout, etc. To receive your BuffOne Card, bring a driver’s license or government issued photo ID to the  after you receive your Employee ID Number.

Key and BuffOne card access

Most ATLAS Classrooms have card access control systems, which means you can swipe your BuffOne Card to gain room access instead of using a key. See the ATLAS Front Desk to set up your access.

However, some rooms do require key access, such as the offices within the 231 Suite. Email the ATLAS Front Desk for access: cuatlas@Colorado.EDU. Please note that if you are an adjunct faculty member, the key will need to be returned at the end of the semester.

RTD EcoPass

The Eco Pass provides CU faculty, staff, and eligible retirees bus and light rail service (including Local, Regional and Express service). While most services are free, some are offered at low costs. All CU-Boulder faculty and staff who are full and part-time continuing employees working with a 20% or greater full-time percentage appointment are eligible. Continuing employees include classified staff, professional exempt employees, and faculty with permanent appointments. Details: .
